This camp is nestled right at the gates of the Tsavo East National Park in Kenya on the shores of the Galana River.
It is a perfect and convenient place to start your safari whereby you will explore the National Park and discover a variety of wildlife and birdlife including Africa’s ‘’big five’’ (lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and leopards) and hence attaining a memorable African safari!
The camp offers both robust tents and bungalows right next to the Galana River thus allowing guests to safely watch elephants, hippos, crocodiles and many other animals populating the waterside.
There are 22 tents, 14 bungalows and 1 family house of which all the tents feature; tea/coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with a fantastic view over the Galana River and the lush gardens and all the tents are air-conditioned.
Well as the bungalows are also air-conditioned and feature mosquito nets, veranda and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The family house has two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a veranda facing the riverside.
After a long day full of adventures, the lodge’s professional staff will treat its clients with various national dishes while enjoying the colorful Kenyan sunset over the camp.
The property features a variety of facilities such as; swimming pool, onsite restaurant, well stocked bar, barbecue, indoor fireplace, restaurant on premises, and parking on premises.
