This camp is located in Kenya’s famous Tsavo West National Park with spectacular views of Africa’s highest mountain (Mountain Kilimanjaro).
The camp offers a tranquil retreat in one of the wildest places left on earth. The camp sits on a secluded dam on the Sante River, home to turtles, crocodiles and hundreds of basking hippos.
The camp boosts 25 en suite tents with bathroom, flush toilet, cold and hot shower and all of the tents with private veranda facing the majestic Sante River.
The camp boosts five special deluxe tents with king size beds, large double or twin beds and classic furnishings all made up of modern en-suite bathrooms with hot showers and private wooden verandas overlooking the river.
Activities at the camp include; escorted game walks with experienced naturalists, night drives to view hippos and nocturnal species, boating in the Ziwani dam, walking trails around historical Grogan’s farm, excursions to the twin volcanic lakes of Chala and Jipe, tours of World War II battlefields on Slaughter Hill, Bush breakfasts and barbecue dinners in the camp’s sanctuary.
