Ngulia Safari Lodge

It is found in Tsavo West National Park (a home to a big host of wild animals) and it has one of the most breathtaking views in Kenya.

It can be accessed from Nairobi (260 kilometers away) through Mtito Andei Gate or from Mombasa (250 kilometers away) through Tsavo River Gate.

The lodge is tucked on the Ndawe Escarpment just below Ngulia hills overlooking the rhino sanctuary surrounded by scenic hills.

Guests at the lodge can take guided expeditions to Mzima Springs (a living oasis inhabited with fish, crocodiles and hippos), Hippo Point (inhabited with hippos and crocodiles), Shetani Caves, Chaimu Lava flows, Kichwa Tembo and Roaring Rocks among others.

The facility comprises of 52 standard rooms all with bath and shower plus a balcony offering stunning views of the vast wilderness and floodlit water holes.

There are two restaurants at the lodge; the main restaurant built in an open-air style has a view of floodlit water holes and the Leopard dinning tree. However, there is also the Leopard view bar open in the evenings before the arrival of the leopard from the wilderness.

Guests can enjoy their meals as they watch the leopard feast, other animals drink water and make love, and the birds compete in their melodies.

The facility features a variety of modern amenities to ensure the guests’ comfort and some of them include; a swimming pool, restaurant, gift boutique, spa, conference room, honeymoon room, and a reception.
