Mara Eden Safari Camp is a small boutique camp tucked on the shores of the great Mara River offering guests with an untamed wilderness experience.
It is hidden deep in the Masai Mara reserve along the Mara River, lies a magical, untouched and untamed valley with crocodiles basking on the banks of the river and hippos fighting for dominance against a backdrop of absolute wilderness well as for centuries, the great wildebeest migration has thundered through this hidden valley and crossed the Mara river.
Therefore, guests will sit out on the verandah and watch the magic of the African wilderness unfold before them. The camp’s tents are placed along the banks of the Mara River with a seating area at the front for relaxed game and bird viewing.
All the tents have hot and cold running water, a flush toilet, 24 hour solar lighting and tasteful decor. The dining tent is centrally placed having guest tents on either side.
It has a dining area that seats 30 guests and a lounge area with a fully stocked bar. From the camp’s adjoining kitchen, full English breakfast, a 3 course lunch and a 4 course dinner are served. Tea and coffee are also available throughout the day.
During the hot stuffy afternoons, guests can jump into the camp’s pool and kick back with a drink and enjoy a view like no other of the Mara River and the entire Masai Mara reserve.
Guests at the camp can also relaxing through taking some time out and get a soothing massage at the camp’s bush spa which overlooks the plains of the Mara.
Enjoyable activities there include; balloon safaris, photographing, game drives, and Masai cultural encounters among others.
